My name is Merchon Hargrave and I am the founder of High Vibe Cowork. I am from Upstate New York (Rochester) and am on a mission to create more rooms that are full of high vibes.

With a background in education, working for a small business, and 5 years in sales, I found a way to bring the skills and lessons from each part of my journey to help cohorts of women. My High Vibe community is for all the aspects of your growth journey. From the tactical to the motivational to the educational, the community is there for all of your needs.

Where is your growth edge? Where in your life do you want to push yourself? What is something that you have always wanted to go after? In my honest opinion, the best way to get to where you want to be is with community. A place to show up to where you are supported and inspired.

It started out with a beta accountability group, seeing who would show up to a zoom and talk goal setting, to now helping dozens of women take action on their goals and giving their gifts to the world.
